The CKF Sokosha Red Devil is a pre-owned, excellent-condition collector knife created through Custom Knife Factory’s collaboration with Marfione Custom Knives. This example is Serial Number #002 and is one of only two Red Devil configurations produced. Its original Certificate of Authenticity records the date March 21, 2022.
Anthony Marfione and Anton Malyshev combined two established designs to create the Sokosha. The result blends the American tactical influence of the Microtech SOCOM with the Russian-inspired character of the CKF Makosha, also known as the Veksha.
Stas Bondarenko then customized this rare example with bronze-toned titanium, striking Red Devil carbon-fiber inlays, and premium multimetal accents. The configuration is bold, immediately recognizable, and unlikely to be confused with another Sokosha.
CKF Sokosha Red Devil: One of Two Made
The defining feature of this knife is its Red Devil carbon fiber. Red, black, gray, and fibers run through the inlays in an aggressive, layered pattern. Two individually shaped inlays fill the show side while remaining framed by the bronze-toned titanium handle.
The custom treatment creates strong contrast without hiding the Sokosha’s muscular profile. Its large pivot, sculpted finger relief, jimped handle, and pronounced rear glass breaker preserve the tactical influence of the SOCOM.
This example carries Serial Number #002. The included CKF card identifies Anthony Marfione and Anton Malyshev as its designers. It also lists M390 blade steel and a handle configuration incorporating titanium, carbon fiber, zirconium, and ZircuTi.
A Hybrid of the SOCOM and Makosha
The Sokosha was designed as a true hybrid rather than a simple cosmetic collaboration. Its broad blade, substantial titanium construction, thumb-stud deployment, and secure locking system reflect the work-focused character associated with the SOCOM.
Meanwhile, the handle’s long curvature and flowing profile reference Anton Malyshev’s Makosha and Veksha designs. Those models drew from classic Russian folding knives while using modern machining, premium alloys, and advanced bearing systems.
Together, these elements create a knife that feels purposeful without appearing purely utilitarian. It has the proportions and construction of a capable full-size folder. However, the materials and limited custom treatment position this Red Devil primarily as a serious collector piece.
Satin M390 Blade and Thumb-Stud Deployment
The knife features an approximately 3.74-inch Böhler M390 blade with a hand-applied satin finish and plain cutting edge. Its broad drop-point profile offers a strong tip, substantial belly, and clean visual transition into the handle.
Fine grind lines remain visible across the blade surface. The understated satin finish also allows the colorful handle and clip materials to remain the visual focus.
A large, textured thumb stud provides manual deployment. The concentric machining on the stud complements the oversized pivot hardware and gives the knife a cohesive mechanical appearance.
The blade measures approximately 0.157 inch thick. A steel lock insert reinforces the titanium sub-frame locking system and protects the primary locking interface from unnecessary wear.
Red Devil Carbon Fiber and Bronze Titanium
The handle uses a bronze-toned titanium frame with fitted Red Devil carbon-fiber inlays. Each inlay is independently shaped around the knife’s hardware, finger relief, lanyard opening, and rear construction.
The upper inlay follows the pivot area and primary grip position. A second elongated inlay fills the lower portion of the handle. Together, they create a layered presentation that changes as the knife is viewed from different angles.
Jimping runs along key areas of the handle and back construction. This adds texture while emphasizing the Sokosha’s tactical heritage. A rear glass breaker extends beyond the handle, while the adjacent opening provides an additional visual and functional detail.
ZircuTi Clip and Premium Custom Details
The clip side uses a cleaner titanium presentation that places greater emphasis on the multicolored pocket clip. Its swirling blue, violet, gold, orange, and dark metallic patterns create a dramatic contrast against the otherwise restrained bronze finish.
The included COA identifies ZircuTi among the materials, while the original dealer description refers to the clip as Timascus. Accordingly, the most transparent description is a multicolored ZircuTi/Timascus pocket clip.
The clip is configured for right-handed, tip-up carry. It is mounted securely into the titanium frame and follows the rear curve of the handle.
Dark hardware adds contrast throughout the knife. Meanwhile, the CKF and Marfione-associated markings remain visible near the pivot and rear handle area.
Mint Condition with Original Provenance
This pre-owned Sokosha Red Devil is presented in mint condition based on its current seller assessment and accompanying photography. The satin blade retains a clean appearance, while the Red Devil carbon fiber remains vivid and visually consistent.
The set includes the original CKF zippered pouch, red polishing cloth, Certificate of Authenticity, and accompanying packaging materials shown in the photographs. The COA identifies the knife as Sokosha #002 and records the date as March 21, 2022.
Original documentation is especially important for a configuration produced in such limited numbers. It supports the knife’s specifications, designer attribution, serial number, and premium material combination.
